About the Course:

Innovative Business Practices in Health Care is a core course within the Masters of Health Administration which provided learners the skills to create and manage a performance based organization. In addition to the course material, learners were tasked with the creation of a strategic plan in a group setting to be presented synchronously to the instructor.  This group activity involved both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration as well as professional development activities.  The course was further enhanced by advance interactive media which provided increased real world application.
